Naturopathy initial consult

🖤 Initial naturopathy appointment - 75-90 mins.

An initial consult involves delving into your medical history taking a through snapshot of your health, diet and lifestyle. It may be helpful to fill out a food diary prior and please complete the intake & consent form before your appointment.

A follow up  appointment is required for a health plan presentation. This will follow around week later where new interventions are presented and discussed. Allow 45 mins for the health plan presentation.
